Okay, I have a bad memory, could you be more specific? I think it's the episode where we get Jack fixing Sarah (played by Julie Bowen, who I know from Three, heeee) in the flashbacks, but I'm not sure. And that's not what you were posting about anyway.
Let's see: Boone dies. Jack gets married (they only talk about him fixing Sarah, I don't know if that's what you meant or if we're actually shown the incident later?) and Claire has her little baby.
Oh, yes, life and death. I was glad that Turniphead finally arrived and not that sad about Boone. I think. Although I didn't dislike him, I didn't like him either. Oh, right, the flashbacks of how he fixed Sarah were in a later episode.
How far are you now? Far enough to know who Desmond is? Because I hope you'll like him.
I felt the same about Boone, but he was the first one of the main characters to really go, and the whole thing was so drawn-out and painful to watch that it really got to me. Shannon's reaction had me tearing up, god - sometimes the actors overdoes it when they have to do actual-honest-to-goodness-fucking-sobbing scenes, but she nailed it right in my heart
As horrible as it sounds, you sort of get used to it after a while. There was a time when I thought EVERYONE would die before the show ended. Still, looking back, there a few deaths that still sting. And that is all I'll say on the matter! :D (I'm also trying to be careful what icons I use in these comments -- I don't think this one is particularly spoilery)
